The Pierz Mobile Home Park is in the wonderful city of Pierz Minnesota, located in Morrison County. Pierz was named for Father Francis Xavier Pierz, a Slovenian born Catholic priest who came to Minnesota during the early 1850s as a missionary to the native Ojibwe people.
Minnesota State Highways 25 and 27 are two of the main routes in the city.
We are a short drive to Little Falls, MN and many town residents commute to Brainerd, Long Prairie or Milaca, Sartell, Fort Ripley, Sauk Falls, St. Cloud, Onamia, Elk River.
The area around Pierz offers recreational opportunities galore. (biking, fishing, boating, water skiing, snowmobile riding, ice fishing, sledding, etc.) You will always find something fun to do in the area!
The City of Pierz has a small town feel, yet the community is active and growing. The schools are top notch and students have a wide variety of successful academic and extra curricular activities to choose from. Pierz has both public and private school available.
Electric services are provided by the City of Pierz. Water & sewer services are provided by Rich Prairie District & the City of Pierz. Pierz Sanitation provides the garbage service and this is direct billed to the residents.
We provide homes for rent or lots for your manufactured home. Home rents vary depending on amenities. Residents are back billed for water and sewer. Snow plowing services for the roadways are provided by the park. We are a pet friendly community and fees apply for your furry family memebers. Application and background checks cost a total of $35.
